Content Removal Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Handycoloring.com infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to [email protected].
What to include
- A description of the work you own, or a link to it.
- The URL of each page or PDF on our site that you want removed.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices within 48 hours. If the notice is valid, we remove the content and reply to confirm. If we need more information, we will tell you what is missing.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
